    Exercise and training have been a central part of my life for over 10 years. What started as a personal passion has grown into a career built around helping others improve their strength, performance, and overall quality of life.

    I am driven by the opportunity to support people in achieving meaningful progress — whether that’s getting stronger, losing weight, building confidence, or simply moving and feeling better day to day. Coaching gives me purpose, and I take pride in delivering structured, effective training that produces real results.

    Alongside coaching, I compete in strongman competitions both nationally and internationally. I have been competing for over three years, continually pushing myself to become the strongest version of myself. The strongman community has reinforced my belief that strength training is for everyone — regardless of experience level — and that a supportive environment makes all the difference.

    As Co-Owner of Fast Twitch, I am committed to building a facility that prioritises high-quality coaching, strong community culture, and long-term development for our members.

    I have been active for most of my life, starting sports when I was 8 years old and then eventually transitioning to resistance training in the gym, and I truly believe it is an essential part of life. My goal as a trainer is to instil that belief in my clients so that they are not only confident enough to do any exercise/workout that they would like to do by themselves, but to also create lifelong habits and discipline that will progress them in the gym and in all other aspects of life.

My goal is to simplify the process, remove confusion around food and exercise, and provide clear, personalised guidance that empowers you to make lasting changes.
