    I aim to provide clients with the knowledge and confidence required to achieve their goals inside and outside the gym.

    I have been active for most of my life, starting sports when I was 8 years old and then eventually transitioning to resistance training in the gym, and I truly believe it is an essential part of life. My goal as a trainer is to instil that belief in my clients so that they are not only confident enough to do any exercise/workout that they would like to do by themselves, but to also create lifelong habits and discipline that will progress them in the gym and in all other aspects of life.

    Exercise and training are my passions and I love to teach and share what I’ve learned over the years.

    My passion for fitness and training started with my endeavour to lose weight and build muscle when I was unhappy with how I looked and felt about myself. Over the last 6 years since starting training at a gym, through personal experience and engaging with other gym-goers, I have developed an expertise in building muscle, gaining strength, and losing fat, my perfect recipe for a tone up ;)

    I strive to help my clients enjoy exercise and training ("you have to enjoy it, if you don’t enjoy it you won’t stick to it").

    My passion towards fitness continues to grow and I want to help and educate others to develop their athletic potential and show the importance of injury prevention and rehabilitation. I take a practical approach with exercise, nutrition and lifestyle coaching and use evidence-based methods to ensure clients get results in an enjoyable, effective and safe way.

    Stretching is my passion and I have devoted the last 12 years to specialising in this field. If you feel tight and restricted in your movement, I am here to help!

    The methods I teach are from 4 modalities, Stretch Therapy, Functional Range Conditioning, Stick Mobility and Yoga. I have worked with clients ranging from those recovering from injury to elite athletes and everyone in between. The benefits of an effective stretching program include reduction of soft tissue injury, improved range of joint motion, reducing muscle tension and improving circulation and recovery.
