A bit about me…

Hey There! My name is Marty.

Exercise and training are my passions and I love to teach and share what I’ve learned over the years.

My passion for fitness and training started with my endeavour to lose weight and build muscle when I was unhappy with how I looked and felt about myself. Over the last 6 years since starting training at a gym, through personal experience and engaging with other gym-goers, I have developed an expertise in building muscle, gaining strength, and losing fat, my perfect recipe for a tone up ;)

I strive to help my clients enjoy exercise and training ("you have to enjoy it, if you don’t enjoy it you won’t stick to it"). While accomplishing their goals, and helping them learn healthy lifelong habits and skills that will keep them in shape for the rest of their lives.
