Training philosophy – I believe that constantly varying your fitness program will help improve athletic performance. A structured program is great for improving certain aspects of your fitness or a specific goal, but don’t fall into the trap of being good at what is just on your program.
I believe the more things that our bodies are capable of doing, the better.

My sports growing up were Australian Rules Football, playing mostly for Golden Grove and doing some time with North Adelaide in the U18 Development squad. I am a big believer that an athlete needs to grow mentally as well as physically to produce the best performance outcomes come game day, competition or even throughout a training session. My own training incorporates a lot of compound based movements, focusing on speed and power development. This puts me in a great position for coaching and developing athletes in these areas allowing me to excel in coaching these areas of training. I also have a sound knowledge for running technique and biomechanical analysis throughout movement patterns such as jumping, absorbing forces and sprinting. My qualifications include; · Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement (Exercise and Sport Science) at the University of South Australia · Current Masters in Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning) at Edith Cowen · SASMA Level 1 Sports Trainer · Certificate III and IV in Fitness (Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer) · Current Senior First Aid and CPR My greatest achievement with an athlete is having clients head to Europe for soccer trials in the Serie A in Italy and Portuguese league and La Liga. I have also had experience with GPS and data analysis through an internship with South Adelaide Panthers Football Club (SANFL). I have also worked with Basketball SA as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach supporting the development of junior elite basketball players.
I am here to make you the best athlete you can possibly be and my expertise and ongoing support will guarantee you the best possible opportunity to reach your goals.
