School Holiday Program – Winter Camps  
   Why should you be a part of the Fast Twitch school holiday Athletic Fitness Program?  
Asides from the obvious benefits of increasing your fitness levels and getting your body moving, it’s a great way of getting out of the house these school holidays into a professional, safe and vibrant environment.  
This program is perfect for anyone aged from 10 – 15 who is interested in improving sport specific skills and their fitness and health. These days it can be a battle to keep our kids away from the TV, PlayStation or tablet. So we at Fast Twitch, thought running a school holiday program would be a great way to not only get kids moving but keep them moving while building their physical aptitude, fitness and athletic abilities.  
The program runs from 9:30am until 12:00pm on the 6th, 7th, 9th,10th, 13th and 14th July and is broken into x2 1 hour sessions. We provide a 30 minute break between each session, for recovery and some light food and drink to sustain their energy for the second session.

  
The first session each day will address specific components behind good quality movement, namely skill and position.

The second session however will challenge the participants to use these skills, whilst pushing their fitness beyond their comfort zone, through running, circuits, games and team challenges.
 This is all done in a supportive, educationally based, fun environment which will enable the participants to respond accordingly.

 The Fast Twitch, Winter Champs, school holiday program which is running from the 6th July is specifically set up to continue to improve the movement quality and fitness of young people.  
The components to the program consist of;   -      
  
athletic movement skills; where we focus upon movement quality and key concepts surrounding speed, agility and quickness.
-      
  
core strength, body strength and body awareness; where the emphasis is upon improving stability and mobility, along with highlighting what positions are important for developing strength in all its forms. This is mostly orientated around using body weight and medicine balls to ensure safety and good practice, along with quality.

Running fitness; improve fitness, while running for speed, agility and endurance whilst performing some baseline assessments.

Circuit conditioning training; put your movement quality to test by performing resistance circuits to increase fitness and strength.

Competitions, Games & Team Challenges; Team up and challenge your friends to the ultimate test of fitness, strength and athleticism over a number of games, challenges and assessments.
  All in all, we aim to provide a mixture of education, application, enjoyment and challenging activities and exercises for all to experience.
